The resources are designed to be a year beyond the national curriculum so they are suitable for the Seven Plus exam standard and are written by Mel, one of our senior tutors who was Head of Younger years in a school for over ten years and has taught at Advanced Thinking Tuition for the past six years. She has a wealth of experience in teaching and preparing children for the Seven Plus and has successfully prepared for this exam for many years.

These exercises are written in a high level seven plus style and are suitable for children in autumn of year two. For the comprehension exercises there are clear and detailed mark schemes.
